Meet the Team
Tarryl Olson, Founder
Tarryl has over 25 years of experience managing properties both commercial and residential. His background includes running Hardee’s restaurants prior to getting into real estate where he learned how to build and fix all things building and equipment related as well as manage people and the public. In his current role he is still very hands on working daily in the field with tenants, homeowners and fixing whatever it is that needs fixing. He is extremely responsive, caring and a master at taking care of people and properties.
Samantha (Olson) Kloos, Director of Operations
Samantha Olson joined the family business and brings expertise and is passionate about serving others . She is extremely organized, dependable and able to get incredible amounts of things accomplished. Her hard work, dedication and eye towards processes and leveraging technology with a great technology approach is unsurpassed.
Heide Olson, Co-Founder
Heide provides financial and accounting expertise as well as strategic guidance to Olson Property Management and their clients. With a strong financial background and years of experience with Associations, boards, audits, preparing financials, interpreting them and working with all different levels of expertise she brings a unique perspective and communication. She delivers expert financial oversight and higher returns but more importantly peace of mind.
Olson Property Management is locally owned and managed. We are dedicated to our Minnesota roots.
We were born and raised in Minnesota, own and run small businesses in Minnesota and support
business and charities in our local communities.
How We Started
We started in this business because we were first property owners. We started buying residential property almost 20 years ago and then commercial property. We saw there was a need in the market that was not be serviced or being extremely underserved. We also were being asked by friends and colleagues to help them manage their properties. Together we agreed that we could professionally manage condominiums, townhouses and homeowner associations by providing the highest quality service at a value that makes sense.

Olson Property Management offers a unique boutique approach to association management that allows us to customize services to fit your lifestyle and budget. You can pick and choose the services that you would like and we can customize the solution for you. Our expertise can work with large scale associations, mixed use properties, refurbished properties, newly developed homeowners associations and both small and large scale townhome associations. We are hands on in terms of both owning properties and also understanding the complexities of associations. Our value proposition is one of service, responsiveness and reliability.
